Long Walks Along Avenue des Ternes in Paris

Last evening, we took a walk along Avenue des Ternes in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. It is one of the prettiest avenue in Paris and it is just a few blocks away from the Arc de Triomphe and the Avenue des Champs-Elysees.

You will find plenty of boutiques, specialty stores, restaurants, cafes, boulangerie (bake shops), and traditional Parisian buildings and apartments.

Since it is summer when we took pictures and videos, you won’t see many people around because August is not the busiest month in Paris. The locals are on vacation away from the city traveling elsewhere.

You can reach the place via Metro line 2 (RATP). Just get off the Ternes station…or is just a few minutes walk starting from the Arc de Triomphe if you are planning on taking a walk around the neighborhood of the 17th arrondissement.
